Our collection of Wee hats are designed for newborns.  Their little brains are much happier cradled in the soft warmth of alpaca rather than that 'piece of a stocking' thing the hospital sticks on them.

     Our SMALL hats will stretch more and fit through that initial growth spurt.

              MITTENS

     These Alpaca Baby Mittens are super warm for little hands.   First knitted then felted, these mittens feature elastic wrists and our thumbless design.

     We surveyed babies and their moms over the last year and found that, overwhelmingly, the little ones were more comfortable and warm with their thumbs nestled in with their fingers.  Between you and I they are much easier to make without the thumbs anyhow.
